The vision awarded contracts worth $1.4 billion for Madinah development project, a massive development close to the Prophet’s Mosque comprising hotels and other infrastructure. The construction project is part of development efforts by the Public Investment Fund (PIF) in line with the kingdom's Vision 2030.
